Members wishing to file a formal complaint with J8PH should contact support in writing at support@j8ph.best with a clear description of the dispute and any relevant supporting evidence. J8PH will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
J8PH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
